We are not responsible for flowers after they have left our shop or courier care
Pick up orders must be collected within 48 hours of the scheduled pick up date, after which floral quality is not guaranteed and flowers will be composted.
All purchases are final. Exceptions are only made for cancellations requests made within 24 hours of original purchase date.

Delivery

Same Day Flower Delivery Service is offered daily until 2pm or until we meet capacity.
You can pre order flowers up to six months in advance.
Our delivery minimum is $90 excluding delivery fees/sales tax.
We deliver to Brooklyn, Manhattan and most of Queens, pricing is based on distance from our shop either $14.99 0r $24.99.
Flower deliveries arrive between 11:30am – 5:30pm, depending on our courier’s route for the day.
We accept orders online or by phone, online is preferred.
