The Dahlia Workshop

Celebrate fall in all her glory with the belle of the autumnal ball — dahlias! Join us in the studio for a 3-hour intermediate level workshop focused on centerpiece design, just in time for hosting season and the abundance of holiday tablescapes to come.

Working with local dahlias and other seasonal harvest blooms, we’ll dive deeper into floral mechanics, shape, scale, and composition. From prepping your vessel and establishing a strong foundation to defining the shape and proportions of your finished design, we’ll cover all the tips and tricks for creating an arrangement that holds its own at the center of a table, on an entryway, or perched on the bar.

This workshop is designed to build on the foundations of our Signature Floral Arranging Workshop, so taking that class beforehand is highly encouraged. That said, if you have some arranging experience under your belt and feel ready to take the next step, we’d love to have you join us!
